Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Exceptions We will only offer a replacement or refund in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent

In these cases, please contact us at saviinggracee@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

EU & UK Statutory Rights Please note that if you are based in the UK or EU, you retain statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. These rights are not affected by this policy. If you have a valid statutory claim, please contact us directly.
