Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

UK Delivery

• Express: 1–2 business days

EU Delivery

• Standard International: 7–14 business days

International Delivery (US, CA, AU & others)

• Standard International: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Saving Grace is not liable for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
